As mujeres of the University of California, Riverside campus, we strive for the betterment of la RAZA! We realize the importance of unity amongst ourselves and strive to maintain positive interaction with other organizations. While empowerment of la mujer at UCR is a main goal, we are also concerned with educational, social and economic issues within our communities. As a woman’s organization, we welcome all individuals who agree with our goals and objectives and who are willing to fight for la causa. As educated mujeres we realize the responsibility we have to our hermanas y hermanos to provide support, open and educate minds, maintain la cultura and those traditions that do not oppress us.
